YELLOWFIN
Thunnus Albacares
Yellowfin tuna is a species of tuna that inhabits the pelagic waters of tropical and subtropical oceans around the world. Its back is dark blue and its belly is silvery white.
The dorsal fin has a bright yellow colour, after which it is named.
Its flesh is compact and deep red. It is usually eaten raw, especially in sushi or sashimi. It is also excellent grilled.
